2. Forgive & Forget: (the most liberating habit) It’s not that effortless. But with the steps each day, it will come naturally. Start with just stop judging or slandering anyone. Try not to be effected by words so much. Don’t seek anyones validation, consent, acceptance, or support.
Try to build your life on foundation of your internal qualities. This thought that of giving it back will not take you anywhere.
By doing this you will end up trapped in more viscous cycle. Nobody knows real circumstances of anyone’s life, as all of us are struggling at inner level. Do conscious effort to control your actions, you are responsible for your behaviour not others. Smartly, try not to divulge into these discussions. Deliberately cut the thought process, stop lingering to it and move ahead. New horizons are waiting for you.
O Kabeer! Within a person, if there is Spiritual awareness or wisdom, there is Dharma; if within him there is falsity, there is evil. Within a person, if there is greed, there is death, within him if there is forgiveness, there is one’s TrueSelf.
I am of no good, everyone is better than me, its only God who can guide us through this life.
Fareed, I thought that I was in trouble; the whole world is I was in trouble! When I climbed the hill and looked around, I saw this fire (condition) in each and every home.
